CLASS DESCRIPTION
BALLET
Balance and coordination is developed through the strengthening of the body core. Center work is introduced with continued focus on the positions of the arms, legs and feet using classical ballet vocabulary.
MODERN
A form of dance as that expresses complex emotions and abstract ideas
TAP
Blends coordination and rhythm into a fun and timeless dance form
AFRICAN
A highly aerobic class explores the vocabulary and history of traditional West African Dance
JAZZ
Incorporates elements of Ballet and Modern dance
HIP HOP
