Artist Services & Studio Rentals

K.S. J.A.M.M. Dance Troupe Pre-Entry Health Screen
K.S. J.A.M.M. Dance Troupe provides low-cost rehearsal space for emerging choreographers, dancers, artists and companies for classes, workshops and auditions. We worked diligently to secure state funding that allows us offer reduced rental rates for our state-of-the-art facilities. Rent our studios for your next rehearsal, meeting, private class, auditions, children's birthday party, baby shower, workshop or event.
We have 3 fully-equipped studios available for rent. Each studio is completely open with no obstructions, beams or structures with AC, heat, mirrors, sprung wood floors, ballet barres, window, arts education bulletin board, coat racks, Wi-Fi and audio system that includes an audio tuner, speaker, iPod, smartphone and tablet connection and an iPod, smartphone and tablet charger.
Rental Options and Rates
Includes:
- Dance Studio
- Audio Equipment w/iPod, smartphone & tablet connection and charger
- Wi-Fi, Television, DVD player, tables, chairs and a snack bar are available
$10 per hour (FULL payment due 1 week prior to rental date)

Includes:
- Dance Studio
- Audio Equipment w/iPod, smartphone & tablet connection and charger
- Wi-Fi, Television, DVD player, tables, chairs and a snack bar are available
$20 per hour (FULL payment due 1 week prior to rental date)
Includes:
- Dance Studio
- Audio Equipment w/iPod, smartphone & tablet connection and charger
- Wi-Fi, Television, DVD player, tables, chairs and a snack bar are available
$40 per hour (FULL payment due 1 week prior to rental date)
Children's Parties & Baby Showers
Includes:
- Includes set up, 3 hour event & clean up ($75 per hour for additional time)
- Wi-Fi enabled Dance Studios
- Audio Equipment w/iPod, smartphone & tablet connection and charger
- (6) tables & (20) chairs
- Television and DVD player are available for an additional fee
$400 (FULL payment due 2 weeks prior to rental date)
