Shannel Drumgoole is a native of Brooklyn, New York. Shannel earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Psychology from the College of New in May 2006.
Shannel began her dance training at the early age of 3 years old at the New Experience Dance
Ensemble studying Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz & African dance. Her training continued at Djoniba
Dance and Drum Centre and Broadway Dance Center. Presently Shannel is a Teacher’s Aide with the
New York City Department of Education and is working toward becoming a teacher. In addition, she is
a choreographer and instructor for K.S. J.A.M.M. Dance Troupe, the New Experience Dance Ensemble
and Bodies in Motion in Brooklyn, New York.
